Tyler Walker returns to Louisiana

The Louisiana Drillers of the NA3HL would like to announce the re-signing of Tyler Walker for the 2022-23 season. Playing his first season in a Driller uniform last season, Tyler played in 29 games scoring 6 goals and added 12 assists for 18 points while amassing only 26 penalty minutes. The right-handed defenseman was limited due to a wrist injury midway through the season but was able to come back and play well down the stretch. “Tyler just started practicing again with the team when I arrived in February last season, he played the final 7 games for us, he played well and scored points in 4 of the 7 games. At almost 6 foot and 175 pounds, Tyler has good size and skates well, I expect Tyler to be the same leader he was last season and to build on his game so we can find a college opportunity for him after this season,” stated coach Weingartner.

If you are still looking for a place to play, coach Weingartner will be at the following camps. Please reach out to him at rob@ladrillers.com or 316-841-9274.
