Thomas Mougin returning to Louisiana!

The Louisiana Drillers of the NA3HL, would like to announce the re-signing of Thomas Mougin for the 2022-23 season. Thomas who will be entering his final season of junior hockey, has played 133 games in the NA3HL, scoring 32 goals while adding 51 assists for 83 points over that span. Thomas broke into the NA3HL playing for the Skylands Kings back in the 2019-20 season scoring 19 points on 11 goals and 8 assists. The last 2 seasons, Thomas played for the Drillers having his biggest statistical year last season scoring 16 goals and 28 assists for 44 points. “When I first arrived in Lafayette last season Thomas was a workhorse, playing big minutes on both offense and defense throughout each game. He is a leader on and off the ice and plays in every situation for us, we will expect big things out of Thomas this year. He had a strong offensive year that I feel he will only improve this season with both knowing the systems ahead of time as well as us building a talented group around him,” commented coach Weingartner. Thomas will be joining returning players, Frank Steinway, Tyler Walker and John Moriarty, who are already under contract and the Drillers also expect Mason Wilbur and Bobby Hoskins to return for this season.

If you are still looking for a place to play, coach Weingartner will be at the following camps. Please reach out to him at rob@ladrillers.com or 316-841-9274
