Dr. Gervais has been the Louisiana Drillers’ team medic since their inaugural season in 2015. He has been a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician, certified to practice by the Bureau of EMS in Louisiana and the National Registry, and a member of the Louisiana Association of Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technicians since 2004. He is also a certified instructor to teach Emergency Medical Technician and Emergency Medical Responder classes at both the national and state level, as well as an American Heart Association instructor for Basic Life Support and Heartsaver courses.
He lives in Lafayette Parish with his wife, Allison; their daughter, Ava; and their “fur-child,” Bentley.
