The Louisiana Drillers of the NA3HL, would like to announce the re-signing of Bobby Hoskins for the 2022-23 season. Hoskins played in 45 games as a rookie, scoring 8 goals while adding 5 assists for 13 points, he also had 71 penalty minutes. The right-handed, power forward is listed at 6’, 195 pounds and is originally from Kentwood, Michigan. In 49 high school games over a two-year span, Bobby scored 10 goals and added 13 assists for 23 points, with 19 of those points coming during his senior year where he had 9 goals and 10 assists in 24 games. “Bobby is a big body that skates well and has a strong shot to go with his great work ethic, we were able to use him in front of the net on the power play as well as a top unit penalty killer. He should have a solid 2nd year, he knows the level and the expectations and look for him to make a big leap in production this year”, commented coach Weingartner. Hoskins is joining a strong list of returning players looking to build off the Drillers late season success.
